Terms & Policies
Membership & billing
Your floral membership is a recurring subscription, billed to your card each cycle until you pause or cancel. A vessel, if selected, is a one-time charge added to your first payment.
Deliveries
We deliver across all of Dubai, and across all of Beirut and the Matn area. Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the arrangement on the chosen day. If no one is available we will try to reschedule; as flowers are perishable, repeated missed deliveries may not be refunded.
Seasonality & substitution
Every arrangement is bespoke and seasonal. Specific stems cannot be guaranteed; our designers may substitute with blooms of equal or greater value to keep your arrangement at its best.
Quality & care
With proper care, your arrangement is designed to stay beautiful from one delivery to the next. If it doesn't, simply message us via the Need help? button and we'll make it right.
Your photographs
Photographs you share are used solely to design your arrangement. We will never distribute or share them without your prior written consent.
Pausing & cancelling
You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to fulfil your membership, and we never sell your personal information.
